Classes
Stage Door's school year follows local school term times. Classes are open to young people aged 6 to 18 years and take place on a weekly basis. Students are taught skills in dance, drama and music, focusing on a different style within these disciplines each term, so in your first term you may concentrate on the performance skills needed for musical theatre and in term two, you may learn street dance, screen acting and pop music. We aim to keep the curriculum as varied as possible and class sizes are strictly limited to ensure every person receives the maximum benefit from their tuition.
Each term ends with a performance held at a local venue where students can showcase the skills developed throughout the term. Stage Door also produces at least one show a year at a professional theatre. The classes currently on offer within our weekly curriculum include:

Advanced Classes
These classes enable students to gain nationally recognised qualifications in performing arts from Trinity-Guildhall .They are designed to assist any students who may like to pursue performing arts as a career or students who have reached a high standard in regular classes and would like to continue learning at an advanced level and gain qualifications. The advanced classes are available to any students from 9-18 years of age.

Fees
Fees are paid in advance in three instalments throughout the term or if preferred, can be paid in full with a 10% discount.
We offer a 20% discount for siblings.
A limited number of part-scholarships are available for each class, which can cover up to 50% of term fees. For more details or to apply for a scholarship, please contact our office.
